Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA. 95757 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to remove product line entries at the Under Dispenser Containment on <br /> dispensers 516, 9/10 and 11/12 and install new Diversified penetrations and test boots on the <br /> underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. Work is proposed to be <br /> completed in phases by disconnecting product lines at the T junction after the Submersible Turbine <br /> Sump (STP). This permit has been amended from its original version and supersedes the permit <br /> issued on February 1, 2018. This permit was amended to include the replacement of the 91 octane <br /> product piping between UDC 7/8 and 11/12 and the replacement of penetrations on UDC 3/4 and 7/8. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Cesar Ruvalcaba at (209) 953-6213 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections <br /> for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC sumps 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12, after <br /> backfill and concrete is poured. <br /> b. One hour pressure test for 91 and 87 octane secondary piping at dispensers 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, <br /> 9/10 and 11/12, per manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacturer's guidelines, <br /> test shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an industry code or <br /> engineering standard, after backfill and concrete is poured. <br /> c. A 0.1 gallon per hour test by a licensed SWRCB Tank Tester shall be conducted on the 87 <br /> and 91 octane primary piping. <br /> d. Soil samples for every 20 linear feet for the 91 octane piping between UDC 7/8 and 11/12. <br /> Analytical results to be provided to Environmental Health Department. The San Joaquin <br /> County Sampling Protocol For Routine Piping/Dispenser Removal /Replacement shall be <br /> followed. <br /> e. California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) UST installation/modification form shall <br /> be submitted for the replacement of the 91 octane primary piping. <br /> 1868 E.
