I discussed your inspection report with the owners, Mike and Yasmin <br /> Ali and we thought it would be best for me to prepare a response. <br /> Enclosed please find our responses to the various violations: <br /> Ref item#4: Certification of financial responsibility and CFO letter. <br /> Copy of Certification& CFO letter completed and attached for your <br /> review and inclusion in EHD files. <br /> Ref item# 7: Maintenance and monitoring records. <br /> Re: May 7, 2005-site manager's notes indicate that Stockton Service <br /> Station Equipment Co., Inc was called to assess alarm problem and to <br /> make necessary repairs(see attached notes showing that SSSE Co. worked <br /> on the monitoring system on 05/17, 05/20, and 06/06/2005). On <br /> 06/06/2005 SSSE Co. installed a new main board and installed 3 new <br /> strain reliefs (cord grips) on the 87, 89, & 91 octane tank inventory probes <br /> (see attached work order from SSSE Co). <br />
