The individual installing and testing the new sensors must be trained by the <br /> manufacturer and also be certified as by the International Code Council as a <br /> California UST Service Technician. <br /> 2. All monitoring equipment must be listed in the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board local guidance letter 113. <br /> 3.
