Hwy 99, Stockton CA <br /> The permit(SR0056538)for installing the new monitoring panel and the enhanced vapor <br /> recovery phase II upgrade on the underground storage tank system(UST)at the above referenced <br /> site has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department, city building department and the San Joaquin Valley <br /> Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. (UL,ULC,ANSI,API,ASTM,etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company),and <br /> b. All valid,current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br /> Council(ICC),that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the <br /> component(s)being tested,repaired,or serviced; <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 5. Before the alarm history is cleared,a current printout must be created and available for <br /> EHD inspection. Inspection may occur during the functionality test. <br />
