The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for ARCH ARCO AM PM as of July 11, 2017. <br /> Open violations from February 14, 2017 inspection <br /> Violation#105 -Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. For TA0506651 (Premium Unleaded), under <br /> Tank Monitoring is Performed Using the Following Methods, change the407 Leak Sensor Model#to 409. The <br /> monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into <br /> CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> Violation #107 - Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is <br /> performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations <br /> where monitoring will be performed. The site map needs to show a sensor in under dispenser containment 3-4 and <br /> indicate the correct leak detector(99 LD-2000) in 87-product submersible turbine pump sump. Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST <br /> Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> Violation #319 -No spill bucket,failed to contain five gallons,or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The 89-and 91-product spill containers failed the one-hour hydrostatic test. All USTs shall be equipped with a spill <br /> container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into <br /> the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. Immediately contact a properly licensed, <br /> trained, and certified contractor to repair or install approved spill containers. An inspector must be present to <br /> confirm that the two spill containers pass the one-hour hydrostatic test; the time spent for the inspection will be <br /> charged to the owner at the hourly rate of$139 per hour. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
