Per the technician, Jarod Burke,
the turbines should not be alternating and were only alternating during the routine inspection due to a faulty controller board.
The turbines have been programmed for a main turbine and a back up turbine that will only come on in conjunction with the
main during high usage times, so only one leak detector is needed. The leak detector was replaced at the time of inspection.
The new leak detector was tested -Failed. The leak detector was readjusted and retested at 3 gph at 10 psi- Passed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code. If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: michal kennard, service tech
EH Specialist: STACY RIVERA Phone: (209)468-3440
SR0074194 SC298 02/24/2016
EHD 23-01 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Underground Storage Tank Program Service Request Inspection Report
