Our Scope of <br /> Work on the permitted plans were as follows: <br /> 1. REMOVE EXISTING 6.5"X 4.5'TEST BOOT. INSTALL ICON SPLIT TEST REDUCER <br /> (WITH AIR VALVE), ISR 6.8"X 4.5"A, TYPICAL TWO PLACES. <br /> 2. INSTALL ICON SPLIT ENCAPSULATING REPAIR FITTING IRF X L6.8"AT PIPING <br /> PENETRATION. <br /> 3. PERFORM SB989 TESTS AS REQUIRED. <br /> As a result of repairs, we found the following components need to be changed out as well.
