We need to know from TAIT what you will do to make sure that the UST test reports will be submitted
to the regulatory agencies within the required time frame. Can you provide something in writing from TAIT to ensure
Shell that the reports will be submitted on time? How will the problem you described have with AffordaTest holding
the reports until paid by TAIT be handled differently in the future, etc? With both Stockton and San Jose having been
submitted late we need to know what changes will be put in place immediately to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Thanks,Theresa
i
