The following are Minor- Notice to Comply: <br /> #310, 311 <br /> 310. About one cup of liquid was observed in each of the 87 and 91-octane STP sumps. If water could <br /> enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of <br /> properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Observed technicians removed and disposed of the liquid <br /> in hazardous waste container. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of liquid. <br /> 311. The 87-octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br /> capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The leak detector was replaced and retested by <br /> technicians of Tanknology, a licensed contractor, during the inspection, and it passed.
