In the monitoring plan in the section "Under <br /> Dispenser Containment(UDC) Monitoring", the UDC Leak Sensor Model is incorrect. The UDC Leak Sensor Model for <br /> tank 1 and 2 is listed as 794380-208. The correct UDC Leak Sensor Model for tank 1 and 2 should be 794380-352. <br /> The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). Immediately log <br /> into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 109 CCR 2637 Failed to test secondary containment. <br /> Secondary containment testing was not tested per the manufacturer's requirement. Total Containment Underground <br /> Storage Tank Periodical Tank Test for Interstitial Tightness procedures were not followed. Secondary containment <br /> testing is required once every 36 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible <br /> on site at all times. Immediately correct the monitoring plan and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the 87 STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br /> infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed two cups of liquid from the <br /> 87 STP sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This is an amended report that supersedes all previously issued reports for this inspection.
