Pershing Ave
Stockton,CA 95207
Inspection Report
Dear Ms.Zareef:
The intent of this letter is to respond to the item(s)you noted on your Inspection Report issued to
the location referenced above dated 10/12/2015.
Item 1: On your inspection report you noted the store's monitoring plan was incorrect and that a
copy of the plan was not available at the location.
Resolution 1: The monitoring plan was corrected in CERS to reflect the notes contained on your
inspection report. This submittal was accepted by your office on 11/3/2015 and a copy of the
monitoring plan has been forwarded to the store for its records. Additionally, a copy of all the
documents approved in the CERS system is available electronically at the store in their a-file
cabinet. You have access to this electronic file cabinet through a portal utilizing a password I
forwarded to your office on 3/17/2015. If you need the password again, please let me know.
Item 2: During your inspection you observed liquid in the 87 turbine sump. According to your
inspection report you requested that 7-Eleven ensure all sumps are maintained free of liquid.
Resolution 2: The liquid was removed by Tanknology at the time of the inspection. 7-Eleven
believes this violation to have been written in error. These
systems were designed and constructed to contain liquid or debris until discovered so that the
liquid and debris could be managed and disposed of properly. Section 25291(e) of the California
Health and Safety Code, which was noted on the inspection report, and Title 23 of the California
Code of Regulations acknowledge this exception.
