A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations <br /> where monitoring will be performed.The plan indicates that the UDC's are monitered by a 794380-208 sensor <br /> instead of a 794380-352 sensor,the plan also indicates that the"regular""Turbine Sump Sensor" is mointored by a <br /> 794380-352 sensor instead of a 794380-208 sensor. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(1)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection.The sensor model numbers for the <br /> UDC's and the STP sumps need to be updated, incorrect sensors as listed as monitoring the UDC and STP sumps. <br /> A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 211 CCR 2715(f)Designated operator employee training not performed or log not kept. <br /> The designated operator employee training for Juan Valles was not performed. The designated operator shall train <br /> facility employees for which he or she is responsible in the proper operation and maintenance of the UST system <br /> once every 12 months. The training shall include, but is not limited to: <br /> 1. Operation of the UST system in a manner consistent with the facility's best management practices <br /> 2. Employee's role with regard to monitoring equipment as specified in the facility's monitoring plan <br /> 3. Employee's role with regard to spills and overfills as specified in the facility's response plan <br /> 4. Name of the contact person(s)for emergencies and monitoring equipment alarms <br /> Ensure that employees have been trained by the designated operator, maintain the list on site, and submit a copy of <br /> the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635(b)No spill bucket,failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The 91-octane direct-bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of <br /> five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue <br /> deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed,trained, and <br /> certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD.
