0 <br />0 <br />I was reviewing the Application for UST Closure Permit (temporary closure). The TA number does not match the gear oil <br />tank. Instead of TA0249504, the tank number should be TA0249505. Also I am unable to read the expiration date on the <br />Veeder Root certification for Richard Thomas.
