The permit has been approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br />b. If it is determined that a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be <br />printed prior to performing the `bold start" of the Veeder Root system and made <br />available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />c. Verification of calcium chloride brine from manufacturer, Containment Solutions, Inc. <br />
