In an effort to rectify the three <br />violations identified during the inspection, please see below for resolution. Also attached to this <br />letter is backup documentation as necessary and the Return to Compliance Certification. <br />Item 105: Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br />The leak sensor model for TA249505 was erroneously entered as 407 in the Monitoring Plan. <br />The correct leak sensor model, 303, has been entered and submitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS). A copy of the updated submittal is included in <br />Attachment A: Updated CERS Tank Submittal for Tracy, CA. <br />Item 107: Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring <br />is performed. <br />The plot plan for TA249505 has been updated to show the general piping layout. The plot plan <br />has been submitted in CERS and is included in Attachment A. <br />Item 211: Designated Operator employee training not performed or log not kept. <br />Designated Operator Training had been performed at the facility; however, the hire dates had not <br />been entered. The hire dates were entered during the inspection. This violation was corrected <br />onsite at the time of inspection. <br />Thank you for reviewing our response.
