Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. Prior to beginning work, submit contractor information and the International Code Council <br /> UST Installer/Retrofitter certification for at least one of the employees who will be onsite <br /> when work is being performed. <br /> 3. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank then, a third party certified tank <br /> integrity test must be performed and results received by this office within 7 days of completing <br /> work. <br /> 4. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy all conditions listed in section <br /> 2636(f)(5) of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> 5. All monitoring equipment must be listed in LG-113. <br /> 6. Per RHL, the vapor recovery line is to be capped within the 91-octane sump. <br /> 7. Under EHD inspection the contractor must confirm that the slope from the new diesel tank <br /> vapor recovery line does slope to the 91-octane sump. Decontamination is to occur prior to <br /> capping this section of piping. <br /> 8. Provide manifests for the decontamination rinsate within 30 days. <br /> 9. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 10. A final inspection must be performed prior to this returning this station to operation. <br /> 11.
