I am reviewing secondary containment test results for your gas station at 8606 Thornton Road. The fuel tank annular space tests were done on 10/18/07 and failed the test for all three fuel tanks. A retest was done on 11/30/07 and the tanks passed the annular tests. Both tests were done by Tanknology. Were repairs done to the tanks before the retest on 11/30/07? My department requires a statement in writing which explains what work was done to the tanks to obtain the passing results on 11/30/07. Pages 2 and 3 are the Tanknology test data.
