The Veeder Root monitorin panel will be cold started during this <br />upgrade. Cable conduit is being installed between the v nt risers and the monitoring panel. The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditi s: <br />Conditions of approval: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, l0 1 planning or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Con of District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted o the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) for apzleared <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br />the previous ones. <br />3. When the alarm history i by the cold start, an alarm history printout must be <br />created before the cold art and available for EHD inspection. <br />4. Contact Garrett Bac s (209-468-2986) to arrange the following inspection(s) (a 48-hour <br />notice is required): <br />a. The EH must witness the testing of the functionality of the monitoring system <br />to en re that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of <br />Ca ' ornia Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code.
