CTE provides professional testing and inspection <br /> services ranging from preliminary geotechnical investigations to construction <br /> materials testing, inspection and civil engineering design services. Our highly <br /> qualified staff includes Registered Civil Engineers to provide these services in a <br /> professional, timely, and cost effective manner. Please see section III for resumes <br /> of our key engineers, engineering staff and list of registered technicians and <br /> inspectors. <br /> CTE is a full-service testing and inspection laboratory approved by the office of the <br /> State Architect, the City of San Buenaventura, the City of San Diego, the City of <br /> Modesto, the County of Stanlslaus, the City and County of Sacramento, the City of <br /> San Francisco, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, and the National <br /> Bureau of Standards, along with the endorsement of many satisfied clients. <br /> CTE complies with American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) E-329, Standard <br /> Recommended Practice for Inspection and Testing Agencies for Concrete, Steel, and <br /> Bituminous Materials as used in construction. <br /> We have a complete in-house equipment calibration program which meets the <br /> standards as set forth by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) <br /> and the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM). This program was developed <br /> to ensure our clients receive accurate and verifiable results on testing. Every piece <br /> of testing equipment utilized in the laboratory or the field undergoes calibration on <br /> at Ieast a yearly basis, and more frequently as required.
