Liquid was observed: approximately less than: 1/2 gallon in Regular, 1 gallon in Plus and 1/2 gallon <br /> in Supreme of all the fill sumps. If water could enter Into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br /> infiltration, it must be removed and disposed properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous <br /> waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure the fill <br /> sumps are maintain free of liquid. <br /> - Technician remove liquid into hazardous waste drums on site. <br /> Notes: <br /> - Removing violation #305 from the UST OIR report February 3, 2012. Fill sump sensors are not set up <br /> as part of the monitoring system setup. Fill sump sensors do not need to be replaced. <br /> - Amended UST OIR Report faxed to Service Station System.
