All the fill sump sensors Beaudreau failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to <br /> ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br /> activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed <br /> component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable). <br /> 310. Liquid was observed: approximately less than: 1/2 gallon in Regular, 1 gallon in Plus and 1/2 gallon <br /> in Supreme of all the fill sumps. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br /> infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a <br /> hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. <br /> Ensure that the fill sumps are maintained free of liquid. <br /> - Technician remove liquid into hazardous waste drums on site <br /> Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (03/05/12): <br /> 1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" <br /> 2. a written corrective action statement <br /> Notes: <br /> - Provided free training course schedule.
