The missing alarms include: <br /> Fuel Alarms on 2/16/12, 2/17/12, 8/6/12 and 8/9/12; Sensor Out on 2-10-12; PLLD Shutdowns on <br /> 2/7/12, 2/10/12, 2/15/12, 2/16/12, 2/17/12, 5/17/12, 7/27/12 and 8/28/12. <br /> ✓ The D.O. documented all missing alarms and attached all the reference work repair orders in <br /> the D.O. monthly inspection reports. Please see attached D.O. monthly inspection reports. <br /> • One 55 gallon metal drum 1/3 full of solid waste of dispenser hoses, absorbent and fuel filters located <br /> by the outdoor dumpster area has an incomplete hazardous waste labeling not listing all contents. <br /> ✓ Corrected on site.
