But here is what I still need: <br /> Attached please find a page 2 of the permit application which is still missing the signature at the bottom of the page. <br /> When the owner came by he didn't sign it. It needs to match the billing information on the Service Request page which <br /> is under CJ.Also,can you please elaborate how the piping will be capped at UDCs and the sump, using what part <br /> make/model (is it iron or fiberglass), I couldn't locate that part on your submitted application.
