Demonstrate to the EHD that the blue <br /> penetration boots are liquid tight or apply for a repair permit to fix the sump secondary containment. Address this <br /> issue immediately. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635(b)No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The 87(regular, north)spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. A gasket was replaced and <br /> the container was retested. The retest passed during the inspection.
