The turbine sumps for all three products appear to have two open tubes attached to the blue penetration fittings making the secondary containment sumps able to leak into the environment. Demonstrate to the EHD that the blue penetration boots are liquid tight or apply for a repair permit to fix the sump secondary containment. Address this issue immediately. This is a Class II violation. 319 CCR 2635(b)No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. The 87(regular, north)spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up.
