Water in the secondary containment must be <br /> removed, analyzed and properly disposed of. Correct immediately. <br /> Note: This violation is a repeat violation. <br /> Complete and submit the Return to Compliance Certification, corrective action statements for each <br /> violation and any supporting documentation to this office by 6114110. <br /> Note: secondary containment testing was also performed today. The annual line tightness test was not <br /> perfomed today. This test must be completed this month in order not to be considered late.
