During the inspection the Safety Leader uploaded the current Certification of Financial Responsibility documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 104 CCR 2711 UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. UST Tank Information forms for TA0195102 are not current in CERS. Beneath Product/Waste Piping Construction, change Piping Construction from "Double -walled" to "Single -walled" and remove "steel' from the Secondary Containment. During the inspection, the Safety Leader made the necessary corrections in California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class ll.
