(Woolsey Oil,Inc.)
930 Victor Road,Lodi, CA
Dear Mr. Camayag:
Enclosed are the results of the enhanced leak detection (ELD) test recently performed on underground
storage tanks at the site by Praxair Services, Inc./Tracer Research Corporation (Tracer). According to
Tracer's interpretation of the results, it appears that a low-level vapor release may be occurring in the
area of the 9,000-gallon regular unleaded tank fill/vapor recovery risers. Tracer believes that a faulty
drain valve or cap seal is the most likely source of the release.
Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. will investigate the suspected release point(s) by a visual
inspection of system components and a high-precision helium test. Any leaking components will be
repaired or replaced. Following the repairs, a second ELD test will be performed to confirm that the
leak has been stopped.
Also enclosed with this letter is an Unauthorized Release Report. If you have any questions or
comments please contact Ground Zero at your earliest convenience.
Respectfully,
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc.
Gregory P.
