The September 27, 2011 annual monitoring system certification test results were received by the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) on March 8, 2012, greater than 30 days <br /> after the test. The test results must be received by the EHD within 30 days of the test. Violation has <br /> been resolved. <br /> 201 & 204. A Q2, diesel line leak detector alarm for "gross line fail' on June 6, 2012 was not <br /> documented in the June 2012 designated operator report or the facility alarm log. The operator <br /> corrected the designated operator report and alarm log during the inspection. Violation resolved. <br /> 302 & 304. The waste oil tank annular sensor failed to go out of alarm when tested and, therefore, the <br /> tank monitoring systeAs of working correctly. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a <br /> monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. The sensor was replaced and <br /> retested during the inspection. A Retrofit Verification form was filled out and is attached to this <br /> inspection report.
