The assembly is all <br /> metallic* and will not support a flame in case of fire, in accordance <br /> with NFPA code 30 & 30A. <br /> The UL pressure requirement is 50 psig. <br /> MATERIALS Components are T321 stainless steel or carbon steel in accordance <br /> with ASTM specifications. <br /> Hose—321 stainless steel; .015" wall thickness. <br /> Ends—Carbon steel with schedule 80 male hex NPT as standard <br /> and available in a wide variety of options. <br /> Seals—Specially engineered polymer to withstand aromatic <br /> petroleum products, alcohols and alcohol-gasoline mixtures. <br /> *These seals have been UL fire tested and listed. <br /> UL file MH25059 <br /> INSTALLATION Use standard API practices to connect. Do not torque the assembly. <br /> There is a lay line to indicate any sign of twisting. Install in a <br /> single plane of movement. Do not exceed the minimum 6" <br /> centerline bend radius limitation. Always place a wrench on the <br /> pipe fitting, never behind the weld attaching the fitting to the hose. <br /> Do not lay the flexible connector on anything that could puncture it <br /> or cause damage by abrasion. <br /> TESTING All assemblies produced are pressure tested to 100 psig—twice the <br /> UL rated working pressure. <br /> WORKMANSHIP Products are warranted to be free from defects and workmanship. <br />
