The following outlines the steps that were taken for return to compliance:
Item 105: The corrections were made in CERS on 9/13/16 for all three tanks.
Item 107: We would like to respectfully dispute this violation. Included under the miscellaneous documents in
the Underground Storage Tank section of CERS is a copy of the past annual monitoring certifications which
includes the most current version of the monitoring site plan. Also, as a courtesy, we have uploaded another
version of the monitoring site plan which also lists the type of sensor next to the areas, in addition to the
monitoring plan that is already included within the previously uploaded documents.
Item 306: Corrected on site. We will ensure that in the future, the sensor does not tilt out of place and
remains in a completely vertical position.
Item 315: Corrected on site: We will ensure in the future all liquid is promptly removed from the sumps.
I have also included the Return to Compliance Certification for the items that were out of compliance (105,
306, and 315).
Should you have questions regarding these items, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
R.Alex Steele
Environmental Field Specialist
Pacific Gas and Electric
Office: 209-736-6426
Mobile: 209-337-8902
1
