(Show location of electrical panel shut-off)+ <br /> o Attempt to contain immediately— Never wash down! <br /> o If safe, attempt to prevent spill from entering storm drain or leaving <br /> property (Place absorbent/absorbent pads in front of spill to create a <br /> dam). <br /> o Instruct customers to move out of area and restrict access by barricading <br /> area with delineator posts and caution tape. <br /> o Use spill kit to contain spill on facility property. (Show Location)+ <br /> o Use appropriate PPE/Safety Equipment (i.e. safety vest, Nitrile gloves, <br /> safety glasses). (Show Location)+ <br /> o Store/dispose used materials in properly labeled hazardous waste drum. <br /> • Label waste drum if applicable <br /> • Check for waste accumulation time on drum <br /> • Never place used materials in the trash <br /> o Document spill capacity/information in spill log.
