Wilson Way <br /> The permit to remove and replace spill buckets for two UST's has been approved with the following <br /> conditions. <br /> 1. Contact local Fire and Air,-Quality departments for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. A third party certified tank tester must conduct a tank integrity test Immediately following <br /> completion of the job and submit results directly to this department within seven days. <br /> 3. Overfill prevention must satisfy Title 23 regulations for overfill. Section 2635(b)(2). <br /> 4. Overfill drop tubes shall be re-certified for length at the time;of the final inspection. <br /> 5. All overfill buckets shall hold no less than 5 gallons. <br /> 6. All equipment shall pass a 30-minute hydrostatic lake test in the presence of an EHD <br /> Inspector. <br /> 7.
