Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> On November 28 , 1988 , Stockton Service Station Eq-00 . , Inc . , <br /> was called by the owner of the store (John) to locate problems <br /> in the existing underground fuel systems (unlead and regular) <br /> for failure to pass a precision test . <br /> We exposed all lines at the top of two tanks , ran a test on <br /> the vapor , vent and product lines . In our testing, we found <br /> the 150 lb . unions on both the unlead vent and the regular <br /> vent were not holding pressure . We , SSSECO, Inc . , replaced <br /> both vents with 250 lb . unions and then backfilled the lines . <br /> The tanks were then retested and passed the precision test . <br /> There was no on going leak in the 150 lb . vent unions. The <br /> leakage occured only during the precision testing. <br /> (The only time that fuel gets into the vent union is during <br /> a precision test or in an overfill situation) . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Mark L.
