C r tom.' <br /> Secondary Piping: <br /> The secondary piping shall be continuous and have no buried or inaccessible <br /> connections or joints. All secondary piping terminations shall either be above <br /> grade or accessible inside subsurface chambers. <br /> The Secondary Piping shall: <br /> 1. Meet the minimum standards of Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada, testing <br /> for "Nonmetallic underground secondary containment piping, for petroleum <br /> products", and be so listed. <br /> 2. Be flexible and capable of a minimum bend radius of 24 inches without <br /> kinking, cracking or breaking. <br /> 3. Be of sufficient strength to withstand "H-20" burial loads in accordance with <br /> AASHTO M294. <br /> 4. Be of sufficient size and design so as to allow the containment of up to four <br /> separate primary pipes of 1/2" and/or 3/4" size and also allow the removal <br /> and/or replacement of the primary piping without excavation or compromise <br /> of its integrity. <br /> S. Be capable of repair without excavation when assessed by Total Containment <br /> factory technicians. <br /> Sumps: <br /> The Sumps shall: <br /> 1.
