UST Tank Information forms for the Diesel Tank are not current in CERS. Under "Vent Secondary Containment," 'fiberglass" needs to be changed to "none." Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and not approved by the EHD. For the 87 grade, 91 grade and Diesel tanks, "yes" needs to be changed to "no" for "UDC Monitoring Stops Flow of Product at Dispensers." The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
