Site Safety and Health Plan • • <br /> UST Removal Project <br /> ABF Freight System,Inc. <br /> • Manteca,California Page 1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This plan has been prepared in conformance with Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, <br /> Division 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter 7, Section 5192 Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency <br /> Response and 29 CFR 1910.120. It addresses all those activities associated with the scope of <br /> work stated below and will be implemented by the Site Safety Health Officer(SSHO) during site <br /> work. Compliance with this Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP) is required of all persons and <br /> third parties who enter this site. Assistance in implementing this plan can be obtained from the <br /> Site Safety Officer and Project Manager, and/or the Health and Safety Manager (HSM). The <br /> content of this SSHP may change or undergo revision based upon additional information made <br /> available to health and safety (H&S) personnel, monitoring results or changes in the technical <br /> scope of work.
