Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, Ca. <br /> Closure Plan: <br /> 1. The ratio of dry ice to volume of tank must be 30 <br /> lbs/1000 gallons of tank. <br /> 2. The soils analysis must use EPA method 8260 for <br /> oxygenates. <br /> 3. The soils must be analyzed for total lead. <br /> Installation Plan: <br /> 1.. The drawings indicate that the facility will be equipped with <br /> single walled tanks. This is not in accordance with Title 23 CCR. <br /> Provide drawings to include secondary containment that is consistent <br /> with manufactures equipment information sheets that were submitted <br /> with the plans. <br /> 2. Indicate the type of monitoring that will be installed in the <br /> interstitial space of the tank. Indicate the manufacture and model of <br /> 3. In your response dated June 29, 1998 you indicated that the LD2000ES <br /> will be to .shut down the turbine. This device cannot be approved to <br /> provide positive auto shut down.
