Printout and Archive Setup configuration <br /> 3. Verify Communication Slot is available. <br /> 4. If Communication Slot is available, remove power from TLS. <br /> 5. Install DIM and appropriate installation cables per the Dispenser Interface installation manual, 577013- <br /> 614 that is provided with DIM. <br /> Remote verification <br /> 1. When work is completed, call FMS at 1-800-997-7725 option 4, option 1 (available 24 hours) <br /> 2. Inform FMS agent that you have just completed a Costco BIR Upgrade and that the FMS agent should <br /> have some instructions to follow. <br /> 3. The FMS agent will run a startup which will verify remote dial out programming and import current site <br /> setup. <br /> 4. After the startup is completed the FMS agent will program the TLS to dial out to verify that outbound <br /> communications is successful. <br /> 5. The FMS agent will then compare the previous setup of the site to the current programming of the site. <br /> Any setup parameters that do not match the site previous setup will be discussed with you as to why <br /> they do not match and what action should be taken. <br /> 6. If the setup parameters match identically this process should not take any more than 10 or 15 minutes. <br /> If multiple parameters need to be discussed the time will be extended. Please make sure TLS <br /> programming matches the original as best as possible prior to calling FMS. <br /> Gotcha's to watch out for <br /> The current released software version does not allow sites with older 333.xx software to have <br /> Maximum volume set above the Full Volume, reference chart below. For example if Full Volume is set at 19949 <br /> and Max Volume is set at 19951, the Setup Data Warning will appear which will not clear on its own, until it is <br /> corrected. This is considered a safety feature. The Overfill and High Product Alarm thresholds regarding <br /> percentages are based off of the Max Volume entry.
