Once the primary component is pressurized with the chemical tracer gas the secondary <br /> containment surrounding the primary containment can be sampled <br /> e. If the chemical tracer is found in the secondary containment sample a leak is declared and <br /> the leak location will be identified. <br /> 4. Spill Bucket Testing: <br /> a. Spill Buckets are pneumatically tested. A leak rate is calculated and could indicate a leak <br /> within the spill bucket. <br /> b. If a leak is detected the contractor will be directed to the leak and a repair of the spill <br /> bucket will be completed. <br /> Reporting: <br /> 1. Reports consist of a two page written document summarizing the data collected at each site. <br /> 2. Each component in the system is listed and certified individual. <br /> 3.
