(For Garrett, Thuy, &Aris) <br /> The service request page for the install and retrofit permits are signed by Costco. The Application For Underground <br /> Storage Tank Installation Permit is signed by Costco and Barghausen. The Application For Underground Storage <br /> Tank Retrofit or Piping Repair Permit is also signed by Costco and Barghausen. The Service Request Page and <br /> Application must all be signed by Costco or Bargausen. (Preferably Costco). <br /> Site Map T-3 Section E part 54 &60 lists Fiberglass Systems 3"over 2" FRP. Fiberglass Systems should be changed to <br /> Ameron Dualoy. <br /> Site Map T-4 part 33 should list hydrostatic sensor-dual POINT float, with 4" NPT male adapter(for hydrostatic tank <br /> monitor). <br /> Site Maps that list the mechanical flapper at 95% should be changed to 90%. <br /> Submit a copy of the Lubrizol compatibility letter for Blueline. <br /> Site Maps T-1 &T-2 list the drop tube with mechanical flapper to be installed at 95% overfill prevention.
