We are not aware of any regulatory requirements which would prohibit constructing the <br /> USTs as proposed so long as all applicable requirements in the UST Regulations are <br /> satisfied at the time the CUPA issues an operating permit. Therefore, CUPA's may <br /> choose to proceed with permitting construction with the understanding that operating <br /> permits cannot be issued until the UST has satisfied all requirements of the regulations. <br /> Title 23, CCR Section 2643 <br /> Franklin Fueling and Veeder-Root have provided appropriate testing reports by a third <br /> party showing equipment functionality with Ultrazol.
