Harding Way, Stockton. <br /> Your application for permit to install new underground storage tanks at the above <br /> location has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> I. Contact Fire Department for permit. <br /> 2. All new submittals supercede the previously submitted ones. <br /> 3. To satisfy the automatic pump shut off requirement,the product lines must <br /> satisfy all conditions listed in section 2636 (g) of California Code of <br /> Regulation. <br /> 4. The flex boots are allowed at the end of product lines only. <br /> 5. Submit a copy of contractor's/installer's certificate of training, issued by the <br /> tank and piping manufacturers,to EHD prior to scheduling tank setting <br /> inspection. <br /> 6. Submit State Form C to EHD upon job completion. <br /> 7. Contact me for inspection. See page 10 of the application for the required <br /> inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 8.
