Harding Way, Stockton.
After reviewing your revised plan and application for permit to install underground
storage tank at above location, I observed the following deficiencies:
1. The information on the interstitial sensor. The application and plan indicate
the Omtec, the cut-sheet indicates the Pollulert.
2. The tank information, manufacturer's brochure and manufacturer's installation
manual. The plan and application indicate Xerxes double wall tanks, the
installation manual indicates a single wall or cast tank.
3. The dimension of the Bravo box. The drawing of the Bravo box on the plan is
either not to scale or 2.5 ft deep.
4. The revised plan indicates"INSTALL STRIKER PLATE @ FILL PIPES -
TYPICAL". Is contractor going to install the striker plate?
Please submit the above information to EHD. If you shall have any questions please
contact me at 209-468-3444.
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
