According to that file,the <br /> leak-tight fiberglass reinforced plastic external jacket provides both secondary contarntnem and <br /> corrosion protection for the steel primary tank. Also per the file,the label does not contain the <br /> words"Secondary Containillme%as I originally thought n would.
