Date: 11/03/2018 <br />Manufacturer training: ICC Installer, 06/21/19; NOV, 01/09/19 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site to witness primary piping testing for vapor recovery piping at 21 PSI for 60 minutes and soap test. This test was <br />performed after a section of the vapor recovery primary line was replace to meet air quality standards. Start time 9:53am and <br />end time 10:53. Test passed. <br />Note: <br />-Ameron primary piping fittings were noted on 87 vent piping and vapor recovery piping near the 87 sump, provide <br />documentation to indicate that this fittings can be installed with red thread NOV piping used at this site. If ameron was not <br />proposed provide cut sheets and any required certifications prior to final inspection. <br />- Provide FireFlex Certification for the Flex connector installer prior to final inspection. <br />Both Joseph Bartholdi and Jorad Burke were on site at the time of inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
