WESTERN METER SERVICE, INC.
1551 E. EIGHT MILE RD. - LODI, CALIF. 95240 - (209) 948-6124
October 29, 1991Wr;LH
PEf;W-i;'ti,i:;rv'I,i
Mr. Doug Wilson
Environmental Health Dept.
P.O. Box 2009
Stockton, CA
RE: Calls Arco
701 E. Charter Way
Stockton, CA 95206
Dear Doug:
On April 23, 1991, we applied for a permit to install a 2,000 gallon unleaded
label underground gasoline tank complete with sump, double wall, pipe, etc.
We wrote a check in the amount of six hundred fifty dollars after which Arco
changed their mind and decided they did not need or want the tank.
Therefore, Environmental Health did not issue us a permit and did not use
the $650.00. According to your figures, you have worked 2 1/2 hours reviewing
the permit application for a total of $132.50. Western Meter feels it is
entitled to the remaining five hundred seventeen dollars and fifty cents.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
William Messick
President
Western Meter Service, Inc.
