Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />2. A licensed tank tester must perform a tank integrity test within 7 days of backfilling. This office must receive <br />results prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />3. All metal equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />4. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />5. Contact Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the following inspections: <br />a. Verify line leak detector functions properly <br />b. Verify corrosion protection <br />c. Verify overfill prevention <br />d. Final inspection (insured 5 -gallon capacity) <br />6. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />7. This permit expires 90 days from issue. If an extension is need a written notification must be received prior to <br />the expiration date. <br />8.
