Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />608. CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of <br />each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of <br />lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br />complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by July 20, 2016. <br />Note: According to Mr. Singh, the technicians have taken all test waters and the site has not had any spills that <br />require cleaning. No disposal records were found on site. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
