The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for STOCKTON HYUNDAI as of December29, 2015. <br />Open violations from September 04, 2015 inspection <br />Violation #506 - Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain records <br />onsite. <br />nspectionsof the hazardous waste tank system was not performed and documented. The following items are <br />required to be inspected at least daily: <br />1. overfill/spill control equipment; <br />2. aboveground portions of the tank system to detect corrosion or releases of water; <br />3. data gathered from monitoring and leak -detection equipment,- <br />4. <br />quipment;4. outside areas of the tank system including secondary containment to detect erosion or signs of releases of <br />hazardous waste; <br />5. for uncovered tanks, the level of waste in the tank. <br />Immediately begin required inspections of the hazardous waste tank system, and document the items inspected. <br />Submit a copy of the inspection log for the next 30 days to the EHD. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
