INSURANCE <br /> With respect to operations performed under or incident to this <br /> agreement, Contractor further agrees to obtain and maintain <br /> insurance acceptable to the company which is primary to any <br /> other existing, valid and collectibel insurance and except for <br /> worker's compensation, employer's liability, and contractural <br /> liability insurance names company as an additional insured <br /> with a cross liability clause. Such insurance shall include: <br /> (A) (I) Worker's Compensation Insurance as required by law, <br /> covering all states of operation, and <br /> (II) Employer's Liability Insurance with a minimum of <br /> $100, 000 each occurence. <br /> (B) Comprehensive General Liability Insurance covering <br /> subcontractors contingent liability, completed operations <br /> and products liability, contractural liability, and if <br /> requested by the company, liability arising from <br /> explosion, collapse or underground property damage, all <br /> with a minimum combined single limit of $500, 000 each <br /> occurrence (or the equivalent) for bodily injury and <br /> property damage, and <br /> (C) Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance covering all <br /> owned, hired, or otherwise operated non-owned vehicles <br /> with a minimum combined single limit of $500, 000 each <br /> occurrence (or the equivalent) for bodily injury and <br /> property damage. <br /> J. Company shall have the right to request Contractor to change <br /> the minimum limits of such coverage. Before the commencement <br /> of work under this agreement, Contractor shall furnish company <br /> with policies or certificates or insurance acceptable to the <br /> company which provide that coverage will not be cancelled or <br /> materially changed prior to ten (10) days advance written <br /> notice to company and that subrogation against company is <br /> waived as respects worker's compensation and employer's <br /> liability insurance. <br /> NOTE: IF ANY OF THE COVERAGES LISTED ABOVE DO NOT APPLY TO <br /> YOUR OPERATIONS, PLEASE SO ADVISE. <br /> 1. 1 REMOVAL OF EXISTING TANKS AND PIPING SYSTEMS <br /> A. Contractor, as part of the contract, will execute and comply <br /> with the Owner's, herein after referred to as Company, Tank <br /> Disposal procedures and with governmental authorities having <br /> jurisdiction over such work. <br /> 1. Company Rep. will be responsible for removal of all <br /> reusable product. <br />
